The D5000 Signal Analyzer
opens new possibilities for frequency domain analysis. This
analysis is performed by FFT of the read-back signal. As a
result, spectrum analysis is done in full bandwidth of analyzed
signal and performed much faster compare with analog point-to-point
measurements.
For example, Spectrum SNR test is executed 10 times
faster compare with analog measurements. Resolution bandwidth
is programmable and can be as low as 2 kHz.
