RWA-5000 Digital

RWA-5000 is the next generation of Guzik Read-Write Analyzers. The new tester performs all measurements digitally. Guzik High Speed Digital Data Processor operates at data processing speed 1Gs/sec. As a result, RWA-5000 executes such complicated algorithms as PRML decoding 100 times faster than available now digital scopes. The RWA-5000 open architecture provides possibility to use multiple processors in order to get a proportional increase in the processing speed. The tester has a modular structure built on Compact PCI platform, which allows customers to optimize the system for their specific needs.

 

16 Bit / 100 MHz Digitizer

This 16 Bit / 100 MHz digitizer is designed as an FFT postprocessor for the Spectrum Analyzer SA3000. The digitizer, however, can work as a standalone high-performance two-channel device.

 
 

Data Acquisition Module ADC-10000

Single ADC-10000 module has 5 GHz analog bandwidth (typical) and converts an analog signal to a digital signal with 10 Gs/sec sampling rate.

 
 

Digital Data Processor DDP-5000

Single DDP-5000 module has 1 Gs/sec data processing speed, which is 25 times faster than RWA2585 and 100 times faster than digital scopes. The module executes whole spectrum of Parametric and PRML measurements.

 
 

Pattern Generator PG-5000

The module has three channels, each with 5Gs/sec maximum data rate, and generates a user defined pattern with up to 180 Mbit programmable bit sequence. The main channel of PG-5000 has an individual transition time shift (precompensation) with 250 fsec resolution.

 

Spectrum/Signal Analyzer SA-3000

The analyzer performs high-speed high-accuracy spectral measurements with DC to 3GHz frequency range and noise floor 130 dBm/Hz.

 
 

Arbitrary Waveform Generator AWG-5000

The module generates analog arbitrary signals with up to 2.5 GHz analog bandwidth, 10 Bit resolution, and up to 180 Msamples random waveform.
