| GTE provides free upgrades of WITE and external
modules on the 'per system' basis. This means that to be eligible
for an upgrade, the system should already have a previous version
of the required software installed.
If the software was never purchased for the system, it should be
purchased. To place a purchase order, please, contact Guzik Technical
Support (support@guzik.com).
To get a free upgrade, the following information is required:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- RWA serial number(s)
- Software required (WITE and/or external modules)
- Revisions of installed WITE and modules
- Company's shipping address
- Company's DHL or FedEx account number (shipping at the customer
expense)
If you want WITE and its modules to be sent via DHL or FedEx on
the floppy disks, please send all the required information to support@guzik.com.
