Introduction

The 2.44 release incorporates new features introduced after the WITE32 2.43 release. (This document uses the WITE32 2.43 release notes as a base line for comparison.)

Modifications

  1. Support of a new revision of spinstand Piezo DSP controller board (P/N 313130).

Note: You must have WITE32 rev.2.44 and above to be able to work with spinstands that have Piezo DSP controller board P/N 313130. To check your Piezo DSP controller board P/N from WITE32, you open the Configure | Device dialogue box, press the Run Alignment Program button and select the Info | EEPROM Dump menu item in the main menu of the Spinstand Alignment Program.

Fixed Bugs

  1. False tests failures while testing head stacks based on a head amplifier chip VM5410.
